The elderly is an increasingly old age, characterized by changes and decreased ability to function in the body, one of which gastrointestinal function, problem that often encountered defecation control. aim study was see differences stool scales based on bristol scale before after pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) elderly. method this quantitative with a pre-experimental design pre-post group without control, 21 research subjects who were selected purposive sampling technique. data analyzed using Wilcoxon rank test. results descriptive showed pre-intervention constipation 57,0%, ideal 28,6%, diarrhea 14,3%, after-intervention 23.80%, 66,66, 9,5%, test different from p-value <0,05, namely = 0,009, meaning there effect being given PFME intervention. Researchers provide recommendations for do Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercises daily scheduled activities.
